Timeshop24.de was certified with the Trusted Shops seal of approval in 2005. Since then, the quality criteria have to be met anew every year. Among the criteria checked are data protection and shop security, the transparent presentation of products, reasonable shipping and payment costs, adherence to delivery times, clearly understandable steps in the ordering process, consumer information on the right of revocation, and the possibility of registering the trusted shop for protection against counterfeiting. In addition, it must be ensured that 95% of orders are processed without escalation.
