Multifunctional and stable: outdoor clocks for every application
At the beginning of the eighties, the Japanese watch manufacturer Casio launched the G-Shock series of particularly robust sports and outdoor watches, the later supplemented by the variants MR-G and Baby-G. While the first models were still largely convincing due to their water and dirt resistance and various timer functions, they now focus on high-tech features such as altimeters and barometers. Most models are shock-resistant to a degree and are also suitable for activities with strong vibrations, such as skateboarding or winter sports. Newly integrated with some watches is the GPS reception. For example, the Hand Moving function is very comfortable with the current G-Shock watches: It provides a clear view of the digital displays and lets the hands "disappear" at the press of a button.
